We are looking for a motivated, social media-savvy individual to represent the LOFTS brand among their fellow Mercerians!

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Social Media

2 social media stories per week on personal account, mentioning LOFTS

  • 1 social media post shared on personal account feed per week about the LOFTS lifestyle

  • Monthly social media page takeovers

  • Host monthly contents/raffles to award exclusive LOFTS swag, gift cards etc

Events

2 tablings per month with Community Relations Coordinator

  • Capture content for social

  • Attend 1 LOFTs resident event per month / share to socials

Campus

Represent LOFTS Lifestyle for on-campus events as needed

Golf Cart (Lofty) Ridealongs

WHAT YOU WILL GET

REQUIREMENTS

Create & submit a video following the trend “We’re Mercer students…of course we….”

Apply & submit your video by April 30th* to the link below

*you can apply now & submit your video at a later time

You Must Also..

  • Be a current or future resident at the LOFTS

  • Must be able to move-in the last week of July (rent will be comped for this time period)

  • Have a presence on at least one major social media platform (IG or TikTok)

  • Be well known on Mercer’s campus

  • Have followers on Social (IG or TikTok); need to have strong Mercer Presence

  • Have a good standing with the university

  • Maintain a non-controversial profile

  • Be able to dedicate time needed for the position

Example posts:

  • Working out in the gym

  • Cooking in your kitchen / enjoying your full-size fridge

  • Taking your pet out

  • Parking

  • Using the study rooms

  • Enjoying the community events

  • Grabbing Z Beans coffee in the clubroom

  • Lounging on the Rooftop Terrace / Courtyard

  • Wearing / using LOFTS Swag

  • GWRM in my private bathroom, private bedroom/closet

  • Organize my closet with me

  • Set up my desk with me

  • Follow me on my short walk to class

  • Enjoying a retailer within walking distance of your apartment (Insomnia Cookies, Margaritas, etc)

  • Showing off your decor in your living space
